Your opinion about driving instructor courses

How can you tell whether a certain person is trying to do something to change his or her position or not? I think that when someone is ready to commit that he or she has made a mistake, that is when changes might occur. Do you agree with me? I mean, you must have some kind of experience in this matter as well as these are regular problems. I think that when companies act similarly to the people that I have described above it creates a good atmosphere between the company and the buyers. Do you agree with me? You trust a person who is willing to change and you do the same thing with companies. Recently when I have been attending driving school for driving instructor courses I have observed this behavior. The lecturer at the end of the last lecture gave away paper and we were suppose to write whether we liked those driving instructor courses or not. We were supposed to be honest because the notes won^t be signed by us. I think that this is a good approach created by this company as it allows them to learn about their mistakes and evolve. That is why I had no problems with writing what I think about those courses. Especially that I really liked them and enjoyed this time of my life.
