Looking for experts graphic design West Midlands

We are a group of college students who have just started a new business. We were working as volunteers for five years, but we finally decided to start a company. We are going to issue a teen magazine for people in West Midlands. At the moment, we are looking for a good iphone app development company. We would like to work in cooperation with a professional graphic design business. We have some excellent ideas for interviews, articles and other texts in the magazine, but we need somebody who would like to design the covers and general layout of the magazine. We have also been looking in the area of East Midlands. The magazine will focus on matters that would interest any teenager like pop music, films, actors, celebrities and everyday issues. However, we are also going to introduce some new topics like sport, art and crafts. Young poets and short story writers will have several opportunities to take part in our competitions. But at the moment we are focuses on looking for a graphic design company that could help us. We have already contacted a lot of graphic design West Midlands companies, but none of them is willing to take part in our project. Perhaps we will find some experts in the areas of East Midlands.
